Our warehouse staff is highly educated and will package your goods in accordance with the exact and precise specifications. Your items will undergo an exhaustive inspection and adequately secured before being shipped. Every day, we send hundreds of packages to our customers across many countries. This is a sign of our determination to become the biggest online retailer in the world. We have distribution centers as well as warehouses across Europe and in the USA.

Orders that include more than 1 item are given processing time for each item.

We will inspect each and every one of the items before sending. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The expected delivery time is 3 to 7 days.

Returns

The inventory is constantly changing and we do not completely manage it because several stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual stock can change at any moment. It's possible that your order will become unfulfilled when you have placed the order.

Our policy runs for 30 days. If you haven't received your item within the 30 days period, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
